Currently, even being generous and adding 20% to the listed registered totals (from 2020, as far as October) this election has 15,000,000+ to many votes. It's just mind boggling how anyone can look at this and go, that makes sense for Joe. This election has 25,000,000 more votes then the all time previous record 2008.

Edit: for those who care I continued to look into this and data seems to be all over the board. The source i quoted listed out by party affiliation and I added them all up. I have since seen another source claiming 200M as of 2016. But that is only one spot. That still means we had an 80% vote turnout which is unheard of in the states. In other words they seem to obfuscate this info now.
