What keeps an archive site online from having the plug pulled?
Really, nothing. Even Internet Archive was running out of money this year, that is why they told everyone to save the sites from there they wanted, in case their plug gets pulled
But it is good to have that as an addition to having your own copy, because anyone can alter their copies, and make it look like the real deal (for example F12 modifications, then screencap / save page)
I've been saving anything I think might matter locally, as well as using archive.is.
Addons like SingleFile for Firefox work the easiest. They save the whole page in original http-www-form, and you can anytime click on the file, and your browser will open it exactly like it was stored.
It's only one click with addons, or maybe 3-4 if you select different save folder every time.
Love that this, along with the reporting that everyone else was sent home, has been archived. Fuck the liars in GA and the MSM!
Lin said it best: it doesn’t matter what they were doing in there, the fact that they sent the observers home renders those counts null and void.
How long before this disappears?
The articles have already been archived, see the comments:

Something I was thinking about yesterday when archiving something...

Mr. Maddow’s face tells me he’s not really surprised at all. they were expecting this..
I downloaded this and saved it!
Here is a bunch of other MSM / Local media articles - with archives! - telling the same exact thing: people were sent home 10:30pm:
