Lots of black people have moved to Maryland in PG County over the last couple decades, so DC has become dramatically less black than some other cities. As it stands, it’s roughly 50/50 between blacks and non-blacks, but your point still stands that there are lots of low IQ government workers here of many races, and they will always favor the candidate who wants to expand government.

I just wanted to make the point that the retardation in government is endemic in DC. It attracts all sorts of low IQ individuals, particularly ones with all sorts of character flaws.
