Pretty sure it is. Everyone is brought there to work for the Government. The city is a shit hole besides federal land and congressional housing. Otherwise DC is a third world nation. All the smart people live in the surrounding areas of MD and VA. They are also democratic and they are also holes. 200 square miles of dog shit. Our founding fathers would be disgraced. You can thank liberal policies for letting it all happen.
