This is the same thing the judge said in the PA Act 77 case brought up by Rep. Kelly and candidate Sean Parnell. It looks like it is going to SCOTUS based on what Justice Alito is doing. I wonder if that case could set precedent for this case to go to SCOTUS also.

There really needs to be some standard way to contest elections through the courts. This is a circus.
