We need to draw more attention to this as there is lots of confusion about why state level lawsuits getting thrown out isn't necessarily a bad thing when they get appealed upwards.

This the SCOTUS path to victory.

All it takes is an open case in the state for the federal courts to get involved in how the electors will be awarded.
