I think Sidney knew this would happen. She's taking each battle when she can. If one of these judges actually can do their job instead of punting, the she can move faster... but she knows that's probably not the case but still fights. And I think her end goal is SCOTUS.

Even if she wins a case, the other side will just appeal. It's going to SCOTUS regardless. This is just the obnoxiously long and tedious way to get there.

Oh I agree. It's truly shocking to see how compromised these judges are. Insane.

This is what happens, though. A ruling in her favor would have meant delay.

Immediately being thrown out is best case scenario anyway. Last thing we want is it being stuck in a lower court that won’t solve anything only to lose time to present to SCOTUS.

HOLD THE LINE

WE WILL PREVAIL

It is headed to SCOTUS either way. Doesn't matter how the lower court judge rules, it just gets appealed up. We all knew well in advance how this was going to go.

This so-called "judge" exposing himself as a corrupt retarded asshole is just an added bonus.

I think all the lower courts will rule against us. Probably all compromised and I think tat is the plan. Trump did say we need to root out the corruption.

TEXinLA 4 points ago +6 / -2

Nope.

All contested election fraud state cases will consolidated for SCOTUS.

No you're not alone. But we're also not the majority.

Anyone who thought this would be decided in any court but the supreme court is a moron.

BLMadeMeRaysis 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, using obviously faulty reasoning just gives good grounds for the appeal. He may actually be helping, but we're too retarded to figure it out in the moment.

CincyJoe 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. SCOTUS has always been the end game. Hold the line and don’t get discouraged!

They are just covering their social and political butts, knowing everything will be decided by SCOTUS either way they decide.

Let's all thank RBG for saving our Republic for not retiring during the Obama admin and making way for ACB. If we had to count on Roberts, we would surely be lost.

Yea I 100% expected this.

EVERYONE who has paid a lick of attention knew this.

As for the people who weren't; your lack of comprehension isn't our emergency.

Democrat have told the judges - just punt to SCOTUS so when he wins, we can claim he corrupted the court and should be impeached.

No one who matters cares any more about Democrat talking points. Its Tough Love and Exorcisms time.

This, although to maintain plausible deniability it's probably more like "Let them go to SCOTUS. We'll get 'em there! *wink*"

Imho part of Rudy, Powell and Lins job is to educate us, fuel #TheGreatAwakening, plus inspire citizen researchers to get involved and whistle blowers to come forward ie increase the amount of evidence. Energy and resolve is building as people are waking up. Getting involed. Realizing the stakes. We the People. Trump needs us awake and empowered and fueled by a 1776 resolve to hold the line or die trying.

That's a sad truth. It should not be up to Rudy, Powell, Lin, et. al. to educate us, but I agree, it is something they need to do. The media should be providing people with the information, scenarios, discussions, etc. and arming people so they can have an informed opinion. Instead, the media is pushing their own narrative and manipulating people in to thinking how they want them to think.

It's the very same reason why Trump tweets so much... because the media isn't doing their job.

Expected but not necessary. It does add his name to the list in big bold letters though.

It's unfortunate that we see this, but I imagine it was the plan all along.

The judge is a former circuit court judge (criminal division) in Wayne County (Detroit), and, prior to that, a direction of the Michigan. Department of Civil Rights, etc.

This so very much.

PoppinKREAM 1 point ago +1 / -0

I dont understand why everyone doesn't understand this.

Since before Nov 3 we've known that any issues would be dealt with in SCOTUS. Everything leading up to that point is just noise.

1
cryogen 1 point ago +1 / -0

What I don't understand is how the evidence actually gets presented and the case heard if it's dismissed all the way to SCOTUS.

1
Cozette 1 point ago +1 / -0

The evidence isn't presented nor is a case heard. The judges are just dismissing requests to do so. This speeds things along to SCOTUS.

If nothing else, it is another example of systemic election fraud

at every possible level.

1
gb1787 1 point ago +1 / -0

Except federal judges are appointed

1
Fringe--dweller 1 point ago +1 / -0

What's your point ?

1
gb1787 1 point ago +1 / -0

I inferred from your comment that you think a federal judgeship is an elected position.

Except the only one that matters - The United States Supreme Court.
