Don't rely on password autosaves. That's how so many people get their info hacked.
Use Veracrypt to make an encrypted container then you can store your passwords in there. Just remember the decryption key for your encrypted container.
Keypass is the FOSS/OSI certified secure password manager. It had been arround for over a decade. Great little program.
