I can't speak for some of the newer justices but if you think Thomas or Alito are cucked you're just flat-out wrong. We'll have to see about the other 3 but there's no reason to be pessimistic about it
It was noted by 4chan a while back that Gorsuch, Cavanaugh, and barret were all on Bush's legal team during the gore debacle. So they are either Bush tinos who throw us under the rug or the are exactly the people we need in scotus right now
They may, if it is an important constitutional issue, especially if it is one that is likely to be adjudicated differently at lower courts. Maybe YOU should review how the court system works.
