Are all these judges really so stupid to not realize that if they dismiss the case, they’ll just appeal higher up? I’m surprised there’s no stories of a judge just sitting on a case so that it can’t go anywhere. Unless there’s laws against it or I’m just not hearing about it.
You have to understand that this is ALL about optics. It's been all about optics all year. Even the EC voting is strictly optics. The media/Dems/judges want to have the talking point that Trump has no evidence and his cases are all being thrown out. It's working to some extent. Look how many depressed R's are running around saying the sky is falling.
