People dooming don't realize the Sydney wasn't even allowed to present her proof. This was a technical ruling only based on filing. Pretty much all rulings thus far have been. It's can kicking as everyone's afraid to touch it IMO.

That's right. The claims are especially radioactive because they are 100% true. Even those judges that aren't complicit won't touch it with a ten-foot pole, they are pussies
