We’ve GOT tons of proof, they have to exhaust lower courts before appealing to USSC, so the sooner the better they deny these lower cases really. I dont think anyone should care anymore about being nice.
It isn't about being nice, it is about being legal. Threatening the life of a sitting justice is not a fun conversation to have with the alphabet groups. This isn't dooming, I dont believe we should be threatening the life of anyone.
