I completely agree that GA seems like it needs drained.

But for real, when was the last time you've ever seen the federal government yield to states?

It seems like it's happening in droves recently.

  • Bill Barr said it it's not the federal government's place to be investigating election crime right now (AP completely misrepresented this statement)
  • DOJ announced it should be (and is) investiged by the states
  • Federal legislature specifically declined to make any laws since elections are handled by states
  • Federal Judiciary just said they aren't getting involved in state problems.
  • It's always been state National Guard defending federal buildings (not military / marines)

Executive - Check

Legislative - Check

Judicial - Check

Military - Check

MAGA, nor conservatives should be advocating for the centralization of power into the federal government.

That’s not what I was saying. I was pointing out your obtuseness in thinking power was somehow being returned to the states. They are just doing what they have to do and using whatever needs to be said. If the fraud stands, what would “muh precedents” matter?
