If they are all making backroom deals for a winner, then no audit or public observation would allow the corruption to continue. If we played it like a legit lottery would make more sense. You can't claim the win without proof shown to the public. In my mind. No one should concede an election ever, until a full audit takes place every time.

This is the most important part to any process. The transparency. If you can’t even have that, any democracy runs the risk of being an oligarchy.....
