We just discussed W.o.1812 and I got to explain why no politician wanted to be on the loser political party anymore and how America had that big d*ck energy following the war. Multiple students said that they still feel like America is the greatest country in the world and I want to keep showing them why. None of that bullshit about STEALING Native American land.
I'm also behind enemy lines, but I teach music. I did have a nice conversation today with two students who also don't believe that Biden got 80 million votes. I like to think we're making a difference by making them question things they're being told.
My grade 11 one was an alcoholic. That or he used isopropanol for cologne. Used to just put videos on about how we were now a global village and other propaganda.
