He was correct in predicting that Powell's lawsuit would not anywhere. He said the day she filed that she filed in the wrong court (federal court instead of state court) and it would get dismissed for no standing. So he does appear to know what he is talking about from what I see.
Says that Dominion would never be able to be proven in time and they were happy to do stuff with Dominion (such as hand recounts) but the real fraud is in the mail-in ballots which is they they have distracted from signature checks and audits.
