We need two things:

  1. A law preventing government from forcing us to take vaccines.

  2. A law preventing corporations from demanding we take vaccines to use their services.

I don't know if there is a US constitutional provision that would allow a Law to be made permanent. The system is designed to change over time, and creating permanent laws is something I think the founding fathers knew would be an incredibly dangerous slippery slope.
