Is this Sloan? I thought the third guy identified was the older black bald dude and his name was Sloan, but I could be totally wrong.

Ah okay. So many fuckheads. This was the goal of the riots. Radicalize inner city black population via BLM and give them not only " justification" to commit crime but a feeling of revolution. Then they were directed to fill poll worker positions from anti trump liberals and groups.
