Pigs is good, if you dont have access to pigs "Wet Cremation" is good. Sodium hydroxide and water in 55 gallon drum try and get drum up to about #350/400 degress with hotplates under it and should make a nice bio slurry that will fertilize your roses nices. all that will be left is brittle, white bone fragment which is easily crushed into powder and may be scattered in any waterway for un-retrievable disposal.
