Just a thought experiment, I'll spot "hackerman" and his buddies a 53' connex box of whatever high tech shit they can dream of, drop them off anywhere the continent of Africa, and I would like to see how much they can "conquer." I am sure they can fuck shit up with spicy memes and fucking up people's credit scores and their ability to get hired on the goat farm. Conversely, if I sent over even a semi-trained group of rifleman and all the rifles they could imagine into a 53' connex box in the same scenario, they would be faring a hell of a lot better than the hackerman camp.
