No worries. I would bet a year's supply of cucumbers Rudy and his team expect it, and are primed to walk right over them to SCOTUS.

I would expect the lower courts to punt these cases. Nobody wants to be in the crosshairs of the liberal plague for being the one who wins the election for Trump.

The liberal plague is world wide. Nobody wants world wide scrutiny from the liberals. They destroy lives.

People seem to not understand this for some reason. So much doom every time a court rejects their case. It's a road to SCOTUS, people, they expect every court until then will not want to touch it.

Yes, but there’s been so many lower court cases rejected it’s almost comical.

The fact is that these are slam dunk, all the evidence is there, cases that a lower court judge should be happy to add to their resume.

They’re not doing it because they’re either scared or corrupt. My guess it’s the latter but when the shit starts to hit the fan, they’ll all claim they were threatened.

Either tale has the same ending. Scared? Step down and disbarr yourself. Threatened? Why not seek aid from the millions of people openly fighting for america? Reach any single one of the milions of trump on secret, and have them telephone it to the president or the presidents team to get yourself protected.

All of the dismissals are on bunk technicalities as well. They have failed to hold even the slightest respect for the system, and it's about time that this got ficed properly.

No sympathy. You were threatened? Prove it. Who on Trump's team did you talk to? Where are the minutes? Get them to confirm it or you get the rope too.

Just keep educating them. They don't understand that Rudy and Co have to exhaust all avenues for the SCOTUS to provide them relief.

Unfortunately, I agree. Nation full of cowards that would prefer to pass the headache off instead of doing the right thing.

No way. A nation raised on video games and Netflix is to lazy to do shit about someone stealing their country? Gasps in sarcasm

its probably a strategy passed down from the justices in charge.

Kick it up the chain lest we litigate for 6 months with no president.

RINO 1: "No Standing"

RINOS 2 and 3 "You didn't file the lawsuit early enough!"

RINOS 4 and 5: "You filed the lawsuit too late!"

Imagine your country's election being at stake and you're like "Well, technically...the due date was last week."

WELL TECHNICALLY ROPE IS NOT THE EASIEST WAY TO PUNISH TRAITORS, BUT...

We didn’t like the card stock in which your petition was printed on. You must not use bulk copy paper. Motion to dismiss accepted

Repaeated a comment I made in another thread: 5 were appointed by Douchey and 2 including the chief justice and vice justice were appointed by Brewer. There is hope however as from my research I've found that Montgomery is a hard line conservative who is very strict with laws and gives harsh sentences(I'd argue the most conservative justice on the court). Furthermore, Clint Bolick is a Goldwater Republican meaning he is a constitutionalist conservatarian (think Rand Paul). Assuming Brewer's picks favor Trump, this could end 4-3.
