People seem to not understand this for some reason. So much doom every time a court rejects their case. It's a road to SCOTUS, people, they expect every court until then will not want to touch it.

Reach any single one of the milions of trump on secret, and have them telephone it to the president or the presidents team to get yourself protected.
All of the dismissals are on bunk technicalities as well. They have failed to hold even the slightest respect for the system, and it's about time that this got ficed properly.

There is hope however as from my research I've found that Montgomery is a hard line conservative who is very strict with laws and gives harsh sentences(I'd argue the most conservative justice on the court). Furthermore, Clint Bolick is a Goldwater Republican meaning he is a constitutionalist conservatarian (think Rand Paul). Assuming Brewer's picks favor Trump, this could end 4-3.
