This, but I'm not holding my breath. I think everyone would prefer the system works, and they don't need to go to SCOTUS, but Rudy seems to think it's ending up there, so I would guess he had no faith in the state courts. Especially on an issue like this.
Goal is SCOTUS, but a win at the state level would help with the narrative. Let's go!!
