Wait I’m confused. So we want to win the lawsuits? Or we want to lose them so they get appealed up to SCOTUS? ELIretard

Never totally sure myself but I think it's more like, it would be nice to win the lawsuits but SCOTUS is the ultimate backup. Of course, it's putting all our eggs in one basket, there's no guarantee SCOTUS won't cuck out, too.

We should be winning in the lower courts but we’re not. Yeah, scotus is great, but it’s damning that the lower courts are all corrupt.

What about AFTER this case? It doesn’t really inspire my confidence in our judicial system.

It exposes just how partisan the court system is, even at lower levels.

Then you're in for a nice surprise once the election fraud gets sorted out. A MAGA congress will vote to wipe out the lower courts. The constitution only lists SCOTUS and all other courts are at the leisure of congress. Meaning, they can be disolved as easily as they were created. This is partly why Trump wants everything to play out the way it has so people can see just how little confidence we SHOULD have in those courts.

Winning is still better, but it will probably wind up in SCOTUS either way because both parties can appeal. If we win at the state court level though, SCOTUS can simply refuse to hear the case and let the results stand.
