I have to admit that I've been really bad about it, lately, and I've felt really blah. I need to take my own advice hahaha. One thing that's cool is that you can take large doses once a week since it is one of the vitamins that your body can store. I sometimes find that easier to remember to do rather than taking it every day.
Yeah theres days when i forget or when im traveling and don't have access to it for a few days and sometimes I double up when I get back. I was never one to take supplements but the virus has motivated me to at least do my best to not a victim if im in contact with it lol.
I've become more of a believer in supplements as I've gotten older. I can tell when I don't take my vitamins, now. In a perfect world, I would eat a perfect diet every day and get plenty of sun exposure, but I don't live in that world hahahaha, so supplements are nice to make sure I'm good :)
