Well, if you want me to pay for your healthcare, the first step would be allowing me to decide what you eat. This goes for anyone on food stamps, the sole in some way, etc. If I'm forced to pay for someone else's insurance, by God I will do everything I can so they are not a burden to my pocketbook. I'd go as far as to make PT mandatory for the fatties.
Amen. The "free" healthcare landwhales don't realize it's a double edged sword. Aside from it enslaving doctors, it regulates your life so much more.
You can't go to a restaurant in Canada and expect to be able to find a burger that is more raw than fucking medium well because taxpayers shouldn't pay for your ecoli.
Yes, I used to go skiing at a resort about an hour north of Montreal for every year for a few years. I constantly forgot about their totalitarianism and make the same mistake of trying to order a medium rare burger at some point and would be swiftly reminded of the consequences of socialized medicine.
I lived in Canada 25 years ago, so it might have changed since then, but they cooked the hell out of burgers when I was there. I understand medium, but we're talking hockey pucks. Their favorite move was to cook them from frozen patties. Awful.
Absolutely. I've always thought that health insurance should adopt the same model as auto insurance. Higher rates for people who are higher risks. If you are some obese landwhale who has a 100% chance of diabetes or heart disease then you are higher risk, and should pay more for your insurance. Make health insurance incentivize good health just like auto insurance incentivizes safe driving.

Wait is that true?

I mean, being able to get a medium rare burger all depends on the ground meat the use, some can be served more raw than others...
There are tons of places you can't get a medium raw burger...wtf are you going on about?

Aye, we can’t get unpasteurized milk up here either. Complete bullocks.
If that happened you better believe that is what I’d be doing. Fortunately it is not going it happen.

This is actually something I plan on arguing once I get into politics.
