Absolutely. I've always thought that health insurance should adopt the same model as auto insurance. Higher rates for people who are higher risks. If you are some obese landwhale who has a 100% chance of diabetes or heart disease then you are higher risk, and should pay more for your insurance. Make health insurance incentivize good health just like auto insurance incentivizes safe driving.
