Alito puts personal things aside, but having said that, he definitely will see a constitutional problem here with PA.

I'm hoping this will be the first ball rolling.

What about the fact that if Joe Biden becomes president they will pack the supreme court. Do you think that will factor into their rulings?

Moreover, every member of the Supreme Court ought to be aware that Biden/Harris will pack the court, lessening their importance more with each 2 new judges. They'll go from having 11.1% of the power, 9.1% to 7.7%.... their influence will just get more and more diluted.

Don’t forget, we’re living in a world wherein basic fairness is based.

Your comment really concerns me for my own mind. I believe all this fraud stuff and am hoping beyond hope for proof in court. If it comes down to SCOTUS and then they, too decide it isn't enough - do I then think "theyre in on it too"? No way. There has to be a point where I'm just simply wrong.

I understand your concern but the fact of the matter is, they either definitely cheated or at least broke the law. Whether it’s through something large like Dominion or something else like evicting poll watchers, the election ‘result’ is illegitimate. With the latter, it doesn’t even matter if Biden did win the most electoral college votes, the process upon which the election itself was conducted makes the ‘result’ illegitimate. Any negative court ruling doesn’t change that, and you’ll have to take justice into your own hands from there on out.
