Something to note is how Cruz has changed in his support for trump - something definitely happened behind the scenes.

Ted has seen that Trump does EVERYTHING by the Constitution - never missed. Obama totally ignored, talked down, and bypassed the Constitution at every opportunity.

Ted discusses this in Verdict. After Trump won the nomination Ted asked him to list his picks for SCOTUS. Trump did and they were all excellent picks and Ted was on board from that day on.

Ted loves America and her Constitution.
