He is just offering to argue the case. This doesn't mean that he would be.

I personally would be more comfortable with Jay Sekulow arguing it. That's what he does, and he does it well.

As important as this case is, I'd love a double team with Ted and Jay. I have a ton of respect for each.

Yes, he is an absolute ace, Cruz can make the opening argument but IMO Jay should be running the show, ALL of the show

no this is not correct. He has been 12 times, but I think he has lost 4 of them. Ted Cruz has been 10 times, so they are equally experienced.
