If any of you don't recall the last post, i went for an employment drug screening and left with a Disorderly Conduct: Language charge. I called her a cunt when she wouldn't give me a urinalysis until i pulled the mask over my nose.. Just left the pre-trial conference. They offered me 3 years probation and 4 months in jail. Set it to trial. Apparently in America words are violence and just like Britain, you can be sent to jail for it. As it is a misdemeanor they have denied my request for a jury trial. Looks like this pedes getting a show trial by some leftwing activist judge before I am summarily imprisoned. Can't believe I fought for this country. Our rights are being litigated away while current military think they are fighting to protect them. Fuck these commie pieces of shit!! Carry on the fight without me boys! I'll be with you in spirit!!

No way that’s all you did and got that charge bro. If so, Lin wood is happy to win easily in stacked Supreme Court.

Violation Code. 13-2904A3. Literally stood there, hands at my side, never made any threats, never gestured menacingly, I did put on a thick Scottish accent for extra emphasis as I told her what a fat cunt dike she was. But that was it. Didn't steal or break anything. Just mean words.

You need to post some pictures of your court documents.

This doesn't seem real.

I want to see exactly what the documents say you did.

You might want to delete that picture post. You can be doxed if someone looks up that court number. Not telling you what to do but just trying to give a fren a helpful warning.

Semi identifiable based on that information for reference. Not that you necessarily care but wanted to give you a heads up.

You understand most arrests happen without a cop witnessing the event right?

25
Jabron661 25 points ago +25 / -0

Yes, but if you tell the police what you did, they witness you telling them, then they have something.

Best rule to follow, never admit guilt to policeman, or if someone is recording you.

If the police get involved, don't buck up, don't get into a yelling match with whoever accused you of whatever. Stay cool, tell the police your name and then say nothing else. If they keep asking you, tell them you are not going to answer any questions right now and you would prefer to have an attorney present, but stay cool and don't let your emotions get the best of you.

In some states, people can swear out a criminal complaint, directly. So ... yeah.

Someone linked this the other day. Very informative https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=d-7o9xYp7eE

So, "fighting words"? Really?

19
acasper 19 points ago +19 / -0

Basically. Apparently antagonizing someone with the intent to provoke violence is a misdemeanor but shooting fireworks at police and civilians and refusing to disperse from a public highway is not either a misdemeanor or a felony in AZ. In other words, clown world.

Each one of those happens about a thousand times in Portland every night.

I bet the police are on it, though /s

Demand a jury trial. If convicted, appeal on the grounds that this is an unconstitutional infringement on your right to petition your government and to free speech.

I was going to say something about how I have a temper and I have learned to avoid the swear words somewhat... but now I am too busy laughing, imagining Sean Connery reading it.

It is. The Charge is Disorderly Conduct: Language

BannedbyRed 31 points ago +31 / -0

What state?

Also, was it for work? Or was it part of some sort of mandatory probation program through the penal system?

Why don’t we do this to Antifa? Just accuse them and take them to court. Waste all their time and money. It’s usually on video as proof too. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lawfare is a very real thing. The reality is that in the jurisdictions it would be relevant for the District Attorney's Office is compromised which is why charges are dropped against them. We could be bringing suits against them as individuals or as a class like many business owners have, but then you get into a question of "who exactly are you suing" if everybody was masked. The wardriving stuff in Portland awhile back did scare people who had been showing up to riot quite a bit from what I could tell. That kind of action is what needs to be happening. Sunshine is not what the judicial system is casting currently and sunshine is what we need.

DA sees they're Antifa and drops all charges like a hooker into Biden's dumpster after he's done with her.
