I have a friend here in AZ who had some kind of probation because his neighbor heard him call him a faggot from his own yard. I guess my friend was in his own yard with a couple other people having some beers one night and said something like "yeah my neighbor's such a faggot", and the neighbor heard it through an open window in his own house and called the cops. Similar charge as OP, just said a naughty word that was overheard by the "victim" without any threat or physical actions, and he got like a year of probation.

I hate that leftists and statists don't even bother trying to change the Constitution. They just steamroll over it by making and enforcing laws that completely violate it and people just take it up the ass and accept it. Once they get the majority of society good and cucked, and used to having no rights at all, then they will just quietly abolish the BOR and the Constitution and pretend like they never existed.
