If any of you don't recall the last post, i went for an employment drug screening and left with a Disorderly Conduct: Language charge. I called her a cunt when she wouldn't give me a urinalysis until i pulled the mask over my nose.. Just left the pre-trial conference. They offered me 3 years probation and 4 months in jail. Set it to trial. Apparently in America words are violence and just like Britain, you can be sent to jail for it. As it is a misdemeanor they have denied my request for a jury trial. Looks like this pedes getting a show trial by some leftwing activist judge before I am summarily imprisoned. Can't believe I fought for this country. Our rights are being litigated away while current military think they are fighting to protect them. Fuck these commie pieces of shit!! Carry on the fight without me boys! I'll be with you in spirit!!

wow dude. that's unbelievable. it seems like something can't be right here. This lady just said she was calling the police bc you called her a cunt, then you waited on them to arrive, and they said you were getting a ticket for disorderly conduct that could result in excessive jail time and probation because you used a meanie word?? I probably laid into her with the invective for about 10 minutes, then I thanked her for her time and left. The police came to my house because I had filled out a form to get my UA done for a new job. So they just used it to find me. Not that I was concerned with being found to be honest. I never imagined I had broken a law by being an asshole
yeah, being an asshole is not a crime either. maybe this is ticket worthy and pay a small fine, but even that is heavy handed.
The only thing I can assume is that there is video tape of the altercation and it looks bad and intimidating. Otherwise, it is my amateur opinion that you are good to go lol.
