I’m afraid he may be using this as an opportunity to look like he’s fighting with Trump. Without actually having to do anything that’s too difficult or risky. Such as being one of the required senators necessary to team up with one of the House members to initiate a challenge of the electoral votes.
I choose Jay Sekulow if that’s an option
This is for the state reps of PA. I don’t think sukelow wants to represent them since he’s trumps atty. might look like a conflict of interest.
