Do they want to station themselves here? I heard one rumor that Chinese are buying American real estate- and that our debt is being exchanged with them for American real estate.
Also, recently in my town in northern Maine my dad and I saw unmarked tanks heading to Canada. Canada and china are friends.
If civil war breaks out- I think a divided nation would be a good opportunity for a power like China to strike. Leftists/Chinese vs Americans.

From my understanding a lot of the Chinese buying up real estate here are doing it to try to find a way to 'park' their money where their own gov can't seize it from them, so a lot of it may be Chinese nationals trying to duck the heavy hand they live under.
Jumping the gun but if their coming it's definitely from the North. They are friends with China and are basically owned by them.
Chinese nationals have taken over the greater Toronto area and Trudeau is perhaps the politician most excited to usher in the Great Reset.
Mexico has warmed up to us believe it or not and in general they aren't fans of globalism. Ironically Mexico has incredibly strict punishments for illegal immigrants.
On top of that, I'd wager the Cartels aren't fans of Trump, but at least American exceptionalism and Freedom creates a larger drug market than totalitarian control, I doubt those guys would want China stepping on their turf. The Chinese would be getting shot in the ass trying to shoot at us from down there.
