I personally believe Flynn was railroaded into signing a plea agreement. I think Judge Sullivan is now pursuing a perjury case against Flynn. Flynn signed a document admitting guilt. Then. entered a plea of not guilty when Powell agreed to represent him.
Judge Sullivan mentioned that Flynn might have committed perjury in a hearing a few months ago.
Well Tom Fitting was appointed to get rid of judges not obeying the law so I suggest he start with this and do it now!
