The implication is there was foul play and some outside force caused the "car crash". It wasn't, for example, the fault of the kid driving erratically. I don't know how the media is spinning this one yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they claim that giant explosion happened because he was "speeding".

Exactly. Sprinkle in some character assassination to make republicans look bad, who cares about his grieving family amirite. This kid won't be getting a gold casket and a televised funeral.
