Strongest case IMO that the Trump legal team has, is that courts overstepped bounds changing election law without legislature. Case in PA either gets a stay, preventing electors from being seated in PA, or, no stay. No stay would be a strong indicator that SCOTUS is not going to over rule state courts in changing election law. A stay would be a strong indicator SCOTUS might rule against PA in subsequent case, hence, opening up a shitstorm as far as validity of enough mail in ballots to change the result in several states. A stay is a major positive for us, if they decide not to stay, I no longer see a path in time.

It might be the strongest case to prove the illegality of vote by mail (from the viewpoint of before the election and the resulting fraud). If he doesn't get a stay in the Supreme court it's unlikely that Trump could ever be awarded the landslide he deserves, but there are still many many avenues to pull out a win.
Even legally there are well over 5k affidavits proving beyond a shadow of a doubt election fraud.
The difference is 12k in GA, 11k in AZ, 20k in WI to scrape out a win. It'd be 269-269 and go to the state houses where Trump'd win- all he needs are a total of 33k illegal Biden votes in those states to be thrown out [and we've already seen more votes than that switch across other states]. Obviously there are many combinations, but it could also be as simple as getting a single state legislature to send their alternative electors to cause discrepancies/disputes in the vote counting in Congress for them to kick it back to state legislatures.
Putting all those legal avenues aside, there's always still the military/national guard/martial law- it's undeniable that Biden has committed treasonous acts (even recently) which prohibit him from ever stepping in office.
And I haven't even touched on Dominion or any of the other voting machines ie the Kraken, which is provable foreign interference in our election (there are special provisions in our constitution to prevent/handle this).
Knowing Trump, and his Dept of Defense that he's stacked recently, I'd bet big money on a military play (ie partial martial law in selected states, incl arrests) in combination with a big show in the Supreme Court (hopefully with a few of the quality cases combined). The alternative is that he'll pull a last minute rabbit out of his hat, and just squeak by in order to drag this out and educate Americans little by little in the months afterwards in order to maximize unity. Those are the most likely IMHO applying peak military strategy/game theory/art of war; if things are going smoothly the former is more likely, but Biden is never stepping foot in that white house- you can take that to the bank (and as a betting man, I am; 23/1 odds, I'm set to double my savings- https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/politics/market/1.128151441).
