Three states are having increased power outtages in 2020: Massachusetts, Maine, California (tell me if there are more)
Bangor, Maine and 79,000 people have lost power recently for an "extended period" according to local news. Maine is pretty "good" at getting power recovery back to the people from what the locals have told me. Further, in my hometown, I have seen endured TEN (yes!) power outages in the past year. The news is filled with headlines regarding power outtages, too, and this got me thinking:
Is someone testing for how they can control the people? IE: "Oh you're not getting the vaccine? Okay we're just gonna turn your house off haha oops hope it doesn't get cold" .. or maybe in a war situation the government could turn the power off to houses where they think conservatives are congregating to disrupt communications, etc.
I think generators are a good investment for a house (adds to property value) but it seems that either way the government/power companies are either A) incompetent at ensuring our utilities or B) corrupt and planning something. I wouldn't be surprise if B were the case.
If so, stay a step ahead of them. Has your state been experiencing more power outtages in recent history than you can remember or am I being too tin-foil hat here? Please share

That is really cool. Have to investigate it more.
Ill take a look... thanks
Maine is beyond prepared for power outages.
Those 79k are prepared.
I remember much more power outages and fewer options in recent history.
The power grid is so much better than it was in January 1970.
Stop posting Bullshit..
just asking a question
no outages yet in my area. Good call on the generator.. definitely will get some research going on some. You recommend any?
yes. GENERAC is "the best" according to my mom who recently spent a ton of time researching the one for her house. I took her word and am getting one for here when I decide to cough up the dough- although I'm going to get a small one for the time being so I can have SOMETHING asap.. like a gas generator of any sort.
