Election law is stupid and complex and there are many ways to get tripped up, especially when you move between states, where rules change. But what can you do? I'm beginning to sour on Lin and Sidney though. When they have cases thrown out, it makes a lot of Judges look negatively at any cases brought by Trump's team. At least for Sidney, I think she really is trying to help; but this is not her area of expertise, and I worry that she's being unwitting used to spread disinformation.
The 3 supreme court justices that Trump Appointed were part of the Bush v Gore election contestion. So if you are telling me that they have no lawyers who specialize in election than I think you may be having a fundamental misunderstanding. Trump's cases are still valid and will be thrown out, INTO SCOTUS, all of what's going on in the legal system we are all well aware. But we don't care because its SCOTUS that is really going to decide the election.
