If the DNI report reveals that Dominion is compromised and represents a security threat to the country, then President Trump can sign a simple EO and everything connected to Dominion can be banned from use in the United States.

If this is the case, taking away the servers should limit their ability to coordinate the use of those fraudulent usb sticks...who can confirm?
