What's even crazier is that at the end of the document it references a person named: Kang Yaqi

Now if you look her up she appears on Linkedin as "Vice President and branding director at Global China Connection", which appears to be some company based in New York trying to spread their "Chinese influence" in our country.

On their website https://www.gccglobal.org/aboutus/timeline.html apparently on May 4th, 2012 "Then GCC President Daniel Tedesco introduced GCC to Hilary Clinton and Liu Yandong".
