Wisconsin right? They were straight up writing in signatures so the votes wouldn't be invalidated.

All that I listed were changed by judges.

Thirty (30) states changed rules regarding absentee ballots.

Many of the other state changes related to postmarks and time limits for absentee ballots. Also probably material.

Wisky is the next easiest because of strict absentee rules that were not followed. Not sure it is the exact type of non-legislative override as the other two states.

Well, the machine/system implemented in AZ (or maybe just Maricopa) wasnt certified by the chick that was supposed to certify it. Not sure if that counts.

Nevada definitely turned down the sensitivity if their signature match against pokicy and recommendation.
