He should've asked for a Red Ryder Carbine Action Range Model Air Rifle.

I saw this earlier, it made me cry. I showed the big guy, he got mad. We’ve been fuming all day about it. Thank you for sending the address! My husband just sent the little fella a nerf gun. The only problem? It was a MEGA edition, not a MAGA edition. It’ll have to work! Merry Christmas pedes! Merry Christmas little guy!!

Santa is just a misspelling away from satan.

What a travesty. Not only the actions of this man in the costume, but also that we continue with the 'Santa Claus' narrative. Which has no relation to Christmas whatsoever.

More history gone with the wind...

Wow. It’s not really for us, it’s for the kids. It’s how we teach them about the passage of time, and memories. It’s the traditions we take with us when we are grown, and pass to our children, and their children. It is a way to bond as a larger family than the everyday. Memories with grandparents that won’t be there forever. I personally never believed in Santa, but my kids did. Who am I to tell a child that Santa doesn’t exist? Who are any of us? By the time these children reach your age, the magic will be gone, but the memories are there. Hopefully they are telling their children about the jolly guy who rewards a year of good behavior with gifts of the hearts delight. We as adults follow the same script. After a lifetime of good behavior, we get to live eternally in the light of the lord when we leave this place. Who am I to tell people god doesn’t exist? Who are any of us? Have a great day friend. I hope there’s a little more Santa in your life this month. And a lot more of the lord.

'Growing out of it' is realizing it was all a lie to begin with. Memories can be made without pretending something false is true, and saying you can bond over it is hardly an excuse. Satanists could probably bond over their vile worship. Also, a lifetime of good behavior will not be sending you to heaven. It's much simpler than that. Accepting Christ as your Lord and personal Savior and repenting of your sins is how you become redeemed and find a place in heaven. We are all unrighteous and no lifetime of good deeds can undo that.

One more thing...be careful with that 'who am I to tell' position. There IS a right and wrong, and facts will forever be facts. Its a much more loving thing to offend your neighbor by presenting the truth(kindly) and condemning a wicked lifestyle or habit than by stepping back, saying 'you do you man'(as if truth were relative, which it isn't) and letting them dig their pit even deeper. Maybe they won't listen, but at least you stood by the truth. Take homosexuality for example. That has always been wrong, and will always be wrong, no matter how many people choose to endorse it.

Wow. We must worship differently. We must parent differently. We can disagree. That’s human. Casting aspersions is also human. I approach life a little less bitter myself. I’m sorry you sound so miserable. I’m a brighter side kind of person myself, but I know my share of unhappy people. May happiness find you. (Yes, I know happiness is a subjective viewpoint), but I am Dine, I am a child of the earth. I will always find the beauty and joy in it all. I hear people say, “the next time I do this”, (life), “I’ll do it differently!” There is no do over. Smile and laugh, and enjoy now. There is no next time. (Dine = dih-neh) look it up.

Oh I am not miserable at all...perhaps that perception is a result of my blunt manner of speaking. I'm bound to tell the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. And unlike you, I am a child of the King of kings, who I will reside with forever just as soon as my brief tenure on this earth is over.
