Alright, so get this..... After the baIIots come in, you have people come in and open those boxes. Then, you do what is called "sorting" in which you put them into separate piles according to their respective candidates, and then you start the procedure called "counting" with ocular instruments known as your eyes.

After you're done, you get a writing utensil colloquially known as a "pen" which exudes an inky substance onto any surface and record that number in base ten. Important!

If your employees are worried about their 99.97% chance ofsurvival to perform a job that not only they signed up for but is integral to the republic, then members of several parties known as "observers" which are standard in any fair (keyword) eIec tion should be granted access to a camera, or some other some other high resolution science fiction gadget that records visual images in motion.

Here's the most farfetched part that might require a bit of imagination. After they're all tallied, we might have to develop some sort of technology that could allow for near instantaneous communication over wires in order to relay those numbers. Some sort of telecommunicative phonograph. Trademark.

It's insane, I know..... I don't know how the state can hope to provide like a few hundred cameras and pens, but I'm sure if people were able to do it then, I'm sure with our technological know how, we might just be able to do it today.
