The rumors come and go but apparently even Mastercard is investigating some of the claims now. Pornhub probably double-checks the "verified" accounts but just like Youtube, the majority of content is posted by Joe Shmoe and God only knows who's in it and how voluntary it is.
CPS gets reports all the time from local sheriffs about child porn that has been uploaded to pornhub (underage teens mostly). It takes months and numerous calls from the sheriff and CPS to get pornhub off their asses to take down KNOWN CHILD PORN.
Morals or not, if someone calls and says "Hey, you're hosting child porn" it should be a priority to get that shit off your site.
Supposedly they hosted some of some runaways used for sex trafficking, but those usually get flagged by normal people after a while.
Still not healthy to loiter too long there though.
