Powell said there would be at least three cases before SCOTUS by the end of the week. That's not counting the decision we'll hear about tomorrow.
So GA is one. I assume AZ is another. Either WI or MI is the third, I suspect.
SCOTUS has it in its power to combine cases to make one ruling (by virtue of their being the final arbiter of justice) if they find that their one ruling is applicable to multiple cases before them.
We might have a scenario where SCOTUS rules et al, though I don't know that yet, for sure.
