Technically speaking, the only hard date that matters is the day a president is sworn in. There's precedent for shifts happening up to that point, but they get rarer and rarer the closer it gets. SCOTUS has cases where they have made both single and multi-state rulings on election shenanigans, so it's not like this has never happened before.
I am concerned about the SCOTUS. I hope they don’t kick this to the House of Representatives. If this happens each State gets one vote. The Democrats will definitely go to Biden. The Republicans are the problem. There are a lot of fake ass Republicans. If they vote for Biden that will be the end of it. This isn’t a doomer comment. This is a the establishment takes care of the establishment. What needs to happen is any votes counted after time set set by the State Legislator should be thrown out. The SCOTUS can stop the certification. The evidence needs to be undeniable that Biden cheated with the help of certain individuals. If that fails Trump will have to use the insurrection act and have new elections.
I believe the President can too, with the 14th amendment. If things keep going this way, and the courts arent defending the constitution, and the DOJ/FBI refuse to do their jobs... President Trump has more than enough reason to invoke the insurrection act.
Also December 18th Ratcliffe has to deliver his findings of foreign interference in our elections to the President himself. This is in response to Trumps 2018 EO, and if China really did interfere with our elections, Biden is finished.
SCOTUS has practically given themselves unlimited power over the years, and we as a country have all uniformly accepted it. At this point I think SCOTUS could rule that grass is indeed not green and our lawns would just turn purple.

This is my biggest concern, too, although I've been encouraged by the number of republicans stepping up in the last few days.

I'm pretty sure none of the milestone dates matter when you consider how deep the fraud is and how many commies will be found guilty of treason.
