My friend lives in the Bronx. The Albanian club has outdoor seating that basically cuts off the sidewalk. It hacks my friend off cause he has to walk into the street to go around it when he walks to the store. Course the Albanians don't give a crap, they do what they want. New Yohk is retard!!
