Yeah, that one from what I've seen was a verified purchaser scam. Fake accounts with real addresses receive a worthless package so the fake account can pass the shipping check and post a validated purchaser review.
This doesn't make any sense at all. Plenty of giant big tech companies are in China's pocket. There's way easier ways to to figure out where people live rather then mailing out seed packages.
How are they going to know if the package even made it to where someone lives? Packages could be returned or not for any number of reasons. Are the seeds gonna plant themselves into the ground and radio back to headquarters that they've infiltrated American soil with their commie roots?
