I know. The reason I say it is 'indirect' is because the politicians are 'indirectly' passing laws that say you are not allowed to lawfully possess a firearm in your private home. You are correct, it is a direct attack on California's First Amendment Rights but it is being done in a 'indirect' way in an attempt to fool citizens into thinking it is not 'direct', which it is.
This is an indirect violation of our 2nd Amendment rights. California's citizens need to stand up against this immediately.
